Steven Faulkner is an aspiring author who writes fiction about jiggery-pokery in financial markets. His debut novel, Broker Dealer Banker Thief, tells the story of how a small group of traders swindled Wall Street out of millions of dollars, skilfully laundering the proceeds with precision and purpose to fund luxury property developments dotted around the Mediterranean, together with their super-extravagant lifestyles. 

Prior to writing, Steven spent thirty years working for investment banks in the UK, the US and Africa before launching a pioneering online digital money transfer service (using feature phones in the days before smartphones) to Nigeria, Bangladesh and Nepal in collaboration with the world’s largest NGO.
